During a peaceful weekend in Taipei, a French TV crew unexpectedly visits a Taiwanese family of three, claiming to shoot a reality show that aims to find “the most interesting family of the world.” Tempted by a huge cash prize, the parents and their young daughter let the camera crew stay in their home over the weekend. Gradually through the filming process, the camera lens becomes a focus for introspection and communication in the family as the three of them inadvertently reveal some of their most intimate secrets and exemplify the absurdity of certain social phenomena in Taiwan.
